RESUMEN
Actualmente la estética no debe concebirse como una teoría especulativa sobre la idea de belleza y sus determinaciones abstractas, sino mas bien como una reflexión filosófica sobre la obra de arte concreta. La reflexión estética se basa en la interpretación del singular e irrepetible contenido de verdad de ciertas obras. En este enfoque se sitúa la intención del artículo: a veces, el hilo conductor del contenido de verdad hay que buscarlo en los componentes formales, otras en los elementos simbólicos, en ocasiones en los rasgos expresivos, y –las más- en los aspectos intelectuales o cognitivos… En realidad, la obra de arte auténtica es una síntesis equilibrada de todos ellos y la intuición o comprensión de esta síntesis es lo que llamamos “belleza”. Sin embargo, ni la creación de la obra por parte del artista, ni el proceso de creación ni el conocimiento de tal síntesis equilibrada, obedecen a reglas estables o métodos fijos. En última instancia, el artículo trata de sugerir algunos de los problemas que convierten a la obra de arte en algo enigmático, es decir, fuera de la lógica explicativa de los fenómenos del mundo, sometidos al espacio, al tiempo y a la causalidad. El arte es el reino de la libertad y del espíritu, y, en palabras de Nietzsche, el único camino válido hacia una metafísica posible y válida.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays aesthetics must not be understood as a speculative theory on the idea of beauty and its abstract determinations, but rather as a philosophical reflection on the concrete work of art. The aesthetics reflection is based on the interpretation of the singular and unrepeatable content of truth in certain works. The main idea of this article is focused on this approach. Sometimes the thread of the content of truth must be found in the formal components and sometimes in the symbolic elements, occasionally in the expressive features and more often in the cognitive or intellectual aspects. Actually, the authentic work of art is a balanced synthesis of them all and the intuition or understanding of this synthesis is what we call “beauty”. Nevertheless, neither the creation of the work of art nor the process of creation or the knowledge of such balanced synthesis obey established rules or permanent methods. In short, this article tries to present some of the problems which turn a work of art into something enigmatic, that is to say, outside the logic which explains the phenomenon of the world, submitted to the space, the time and to the causality. Art is the kingdom of freedom and of the spirit, and according to Nietzsche words, it is the only valid way towards possible and valid metaphysics.
