RESUMEN:
Este artículo analiza la evolución de los últimos escritos de Merleau-Ponty en base a la hipótesis que la obra de Proust ha tenido un papel importante en la definición de la última ontología del filósofo. El objetivo es analizar la presencia velada de En busca del tiempo perdido de Marcel Proust y ver su influencia a partir del cambio de lenguaje que opera en el filósofo con vistas a interpretar algunas de las intuiciones más enigmáticas de sus últimos escritos: las ideas sensibles, el quiasmo y la creatividad.
ABSTRACT:
This paper surveys the evolution of Merleau-Ponty's last writings and contends that Proust's work shaped his late ontology. The persistent but veiled influence of In search of lost time, in our view, explains the meaningful reversal that took place in Merleau-Ponty's conclusive thinking. In its turn, this turnabout helps to elucidate some of his weightier insights: the sensible ideas, the chiasmus, and the mysteries of creativity.
